Social Care Day 2019: Talking Cafe at MSH
Join us at our free talking cafe as we come together as a community to discuss how we can harness the power of human relationships to enhance what we do. Our key discussion point will be how we use this power to ensure we reach a person’s ambition for end-of-life within such a diverse, multi-cultural society.
So we’ll be exploring the 6 key ambitions of end-of-life care within social work as we strive to build better pathways for all members of our community into care and discuss how we raise awareness within harder to reach groups.
Hot drinks will be provided between 12pm-2pm however we won’t be able to cater the event so please feel free to bring lunch!
