Poetry Workshop – Reflections on Loss & Grief

Dive into the magical place where words and visual art come together...

Poetry Workshop event page cover

Join us for an easy-going poetry workshop where we’ll take some time to reflect on some of the losses we have experienced; and dive into the magical place where words and visual art come together.

Through creative writing activities and guided prompts, we’ll use art as our muse to create reflective poems. If you want to write in response to your own chosen piece of art, object or photo please bring it (or a photograph of it) with you on the day. Or you can choose from one of our inspirational pieces.

This workshop is for anyone over the age of 18, and is an accessible, all-abilities workshop, so no worries if you’re new to this!

Materials and light refreshments will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
