Join us for the evening at our Midsummer Celebration as we celebrate the work of the Hospice with our local communities.
The evening will include presentations from staff and volunteers, live music and a guest speaker. This uplifting evening will also update supporters on the vital work of The Mary Stevens Hospice.
In addition, the evening will provide an opportunity to reflect and remember, with poetry and a time to light candles in memory of loved ones.
We’re delighted to announce that Dr Mike Blaber has agreed to be guest speaker at our Midsummer Celebration. Mike is a Specialist in Palliative Care with the Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals Trust. He is also an Honorary Lecturer in Clinical Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
A highly effective communicator, Mike will be giving a short address to encourage and inspire staff, volunteers, patients, carers and supporters alike.
The event will start at 7pm on Tuesday 21st June and will be held at:
