Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide equitable specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people aged 18 years and over with a life-limiting illness, in an environment where everyone feels supported and safe to access and receive personalised care that is delivered with care, compassion and kindness.

Care will be available in the hospice and across community settings, ensuring it is timely, equitable and personalised to each individual's needs.
