The Mary Stevens Hospice is proud to launch a new project funded by The Masonic Charitable Foundation and managed by Hospice UK, to help reduce avoidable hospital admissions, improve quality of life, and offer a lifeline to patients with progressive neurological conditions.
Led by Mandy Longman, Day Services Coordinator, the project focuses on providing rapid, community-based support for individuals experiencing a crisis related to their condition. We’re proud to take this important step forward in extending personalised and compassionate palliative care to even more people in our community. We look forward to posting more updates as the service develops.
