The singer and entertainer, best known for his 2005 hit “It’s Chico Time”, spent time with patients, staff, and volunteers during his visit. His visit to the hospice was especially meaningful, as a close friend’s father had received care at Mary Stevens, making his support of the hospice pantomime even more personal.
After his tour, Chico joined the rest of the panto cast for rehearsals at The Copthorne Hotel, Merry Hill, who are one of several local businesses proudly supporting the production.
Our fundraising pantomime is now in its eighth successful year, with every performance helping to fund specialist palliative and end of life care provided free of charge to our community.
Tickets are on sale now at boroughhalls.co.uk or by calling 01384 377778.
