Whether your garden is large or small, formal or informal, visitors will enjoy the chance to look around and spend time outdoors.

Hosting an open garden is also a great way to raise funds. You might like to ask for a small donation for entry, offer tea, coffee and homemade cakes, or sell plants and garden items. These small touches can make the day more enjoyable for visitors while helping to raise valuable funds.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps The Mary Stevens Hospice continue providing specialist palliative and end of life care and support to patients and their loved ones in the local community.

You can run your event in whatever way suits you best, and opening your garden is a meaningful way to bring people together and support your local hospice.
