When you choose to support The Mary Stevens Hospice, you’re not only helping us provide care today, you’re helping us protect the future of the hospice, ensuring that people in our community will always have somewhere to turn when they need it most.
Football legends from Stourbridge FC, Aston Villa, Wolves, and West Brom came together to battle it out for the Jane Webb Memorial Trophy. The teams, Stourbridge Old Boys and the West Midlands Legends XI, gave us a match full of skill nostalgia. It was a joy to see so many familiar faces back on the pitch.
Families turned out in force to enjoy a whole host of activities, from being flag bearers and mascots to cheering on the hilarious mascot race that kicked off the fun at midday. The energy, the smiles, and the community spirit were just incredible.
And the best part? Thanks to everyone who came along, donated, and supported us, we raised an amazing £14,248 for the hospice, supporting our specialist palliative end-of-life care. We’re blown away by the generosity and heart shown by everyone involved.
Here’s to ten years of unforgettable memories, and here’s to many more.
