Claire Towns CEO said “This service aims to provide timely, practical and compassionate support for anyone who needs help or guidance with practical advice, advance care planning, emotional and spiritual care, support in the last days and hours of life and clinician advice where required. We are committed to serving our community at their time of need and aware that many people will require additional guidance, especially when caring for people approaching the end of life.” 

The service, including a telephone support and guidance line and online resource bank, aims to provide timely, practical and compassionate support to our community, families, care homes and health care professionals.

Based at The Mary Stevens Hospice, Stourbridge, the telephone support and guidance line will be available in the first instance over 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-4pm and can be contacted by calling 01384-445417 or emailing supporthub@marystevenshospice.co.uk
