We are working hard on preparing our shops for a phased re-opening to ensure our customers, staff, volunteers and donors are kept safe. As you can imagine, this is a complex and lengthy process, but essential. We will be opening our first five shops on July 8th, with a further five shops at the end of July. We hope to have all our shops open by the end of August or early September.
In the meantime, we are aware that our donors are keen to support us and have been wanting to bring us their donations to help. We are going to be offering a drop off service at our Distribution Service initially starting from Monday 15th June. You will be able to bring your donations to us and carry out a contactless donation. We would ask that donations are brought to us between 9.30am – 2.30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week:
Unit 23b Wilden Trading estate, Park Lane, Cradley, B63 2RA, we are located behind Dri-White Limited (Blue Gates).
There will be lots of cages outside of the building where you can deposit your donations. Our collection service on Clothing banks will also resume on Monday 15th.
We are running two special donation days in our Hagley shop, on Thursday July9th, Thursday July16th, between 10.00 -14.00hrs. Please be aware, staff will be on site to receive donations only, the shop will not be trading. We will ensure contactless donations during this time, and full Covid precautions will be deployed.
