Open Your Garden, Open Your Heart
Dates: June to September 2025 (on a date and time to suit you)
Location: The Black Country & Surrounding Areas
In Support of: The Mary Stevens Hospice
Do you have a garden you’d love to share?
Whether it’s large or small, wild or neat, a floral haven or a peaceful patio, we’d love for you to be part of something special.
We’re inviting our wonderful community to open their gardens to the public this summer to raise vital funds for The Mary Stevens Hospice. By simply sharing your green space, you can help support local families in hospice care.
How It Works
Choose your date: Any time from June to September 2025 and open your garden space to the public.
We’ll promote your event to help attract visitors.
Participation is completely free and because every little bit you raise can make a real difference – you can fundraise in a way that suits you!
How to grow your Fundraising
Create a warm and welcoming garden experience:
– Ask for an entry donation at the gate
– Serve tea, coffee, or homemade cakes
– Host an afternoon tea or light refreshments
– Offer a plant sale, raffle, or donation box
– Set up a peaceful space for reflection and enjoyment
We’ll support you every step of the way with a fundraising pack, collection tins, and expert guidance.
No Need for Perfection
Local people with gardens of all shapes and sizes are welcome. You don’t need to be a pro, just someone who wants to give back by opening their space to others.
Whether you’re in The Black Country or nearby, your garden could become part of a beautiful summer trail that makes a real difference to the lives of community.
