Light up a Life 2022

We are delighted to share that our Tree of Light events will once again be providing a beacon of hope for residents of the Black Country

The Tree of Light at The Mary Stevens Hospice

It is our pleasure to once again be holding our Tree of Light ceremonies, giving our community the opportunity to come along to remember their loved ones under our beautiful Tree of Light.

Details about both of our ceremonies are as follows:

Saturday 19th November, 5.00pm at the Mary Stevens Hospice, 221 Hagley Road, Oldswinford, DY8 2JR

Tuesday 22nd November, 7.00pm at St Mary’s Church, Oldswinford, DY8 2HA

The programme for each ceremony will be the same and refreshments served at the hospice on both occasions.

You are able to come and see our beautiful tree at a time that suits you for a moment of reflection under our beautiful tree. Each evening the tree with be lit at 4:15pm and stay lit until sunrise.

Details of how you can sponsor a light on our Tree of Light will be detailed here in the coming months. If you wish, you can have the name of your loved one printed in our Book of Remembrance and all of these names will also be included in the online version of our Book of Remembrance.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Tree of Light ceremonies this November.
