£2,000 JACKPOT can be yours!

Image: Lottery_bus_sticker_(2).jpgThousands of people who play our lottery have the chance of winning the weekly jackpot in additon to our other 40+ cash prizes.

The total paid out weekly is £3,000 guaranteed, come rain or shine. The change has come about after consulting members and lengthy discussions, primarily due to the cumulative effect of inflation over 12 years which has decreased the value of the previous £1,000 jackpot significantly in real terms. Also it brings our lottery in line with many other hospice lotteries nationally who are already paying a £2,000 jackpot.

Join in support of your local hospice

Image: Lottery_Girl_Jumping.jpgThe Mary Stevens Hospice Lottery was established in 1995 to provide a major source of secure and predictable income as a contribution towards the annual running costs of the Hospice. This steady and predictable income is essential to the Hospice and compliments income from our shops, events and charitable giving donations. After all, the costs and bills arrive regularly so we must achieve the same with our income.

So you could help us to continue building a firm financial future for the Mary Stevens Hospice for only £1 per week and, at the same time, give yourself the chance to win a share of the £3,000 worth of weekly prizes. It is such an easy way to show your support and appreciation of the wonderful work carried out by our Matron, her staff and the volunteers.
Every Wednesday morning, immediately after the computerised draw is made some lucky person in the borough receives that magical phone call to tell them they have just won the Jackpot! As well as the big £2,000 prize, every week other players win £500, £100 and forty win £10.00 (An additional £1,000 in total)

Be part of the winning team with The Mary Stevens Hospice!

Letter of Thanks!

Dear Mrs Hemming,

It was a wonderful surprise to get the prize cheque last week, my husband is 85 and I am 82 and I am recovering from a tripple heart bypass so this money is very much appreciated and really cheered us up. I enclose a donation towards some things for your fete or use as you wish. Would you let me have a form for my husband to join the lottery, when you first spoke to me about it he was in hospital and things were a bit difficult.

Yours sincerely, Mrs B.C. Pedmore, Stourbridge.
