Subject to your statutory rights, we do not offer a furniture refund service, therefore when buying furniture, you should note that it is legally YOUR responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are what you want, suitable, and will fit your home. Please remember that each item is unique and it is therefore unlikely to be directly exchangeable.The policy in current use in all our shops is shown below and also at the till points in order to assist you in making this decision. Any return enquiry/request must be supported with the applicable receipt within 7 days from delivery, which can then be dealt with at the Managers discretion.
