Multidisciplinary Team
Mary Stevens Hospice is a nurse led unit and our nursing staff have varied experience and qualifications in palliative care. We work together with existing services to deliver and co-ordinate care thus ensuring patients receive excellent specialist care by a highly motivated and dedicated team.
Medical cover is provided by a team of General Practitioners with a specialist interest in Palliative Care lead by clinician Dr. Lucy O'Mara.
Other members of the multi disciplinary team include complementary therapists, a physiotherapist and Hospice Chaplains.
