People across the Dudley Borough are choosing to donate to charity instead of sending Christmas cards this festive season.

“Donations in lieu of Christmas cards”

This year, perhaps more than ever, we’re seeing more and more people choosing to donate money towards our work, instead of spending money on Christmas cards to send to their friends and family.

We think it’s just the most wonderful idea, and the amount we’ve received already will make such a huge difference to the families we support.

We’ve had a few people contact us to ask how they can get involved, so if you would like to make a donation then you can do so by clicking here.

Or if you, like our friends at Masstemps (pictured), want to get involved in the initiative in your workplace then please contact Alex Winstanley by calling 01384 377 778 or emailing alex@mshfundraising.co.uk

Christmas Jumper Day

We’re also doing a big Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 16th December, as part of the Government’s “Local Charities Day”

On the day, we want as many people as possible to dig out their absolute worst Christmas jumpers and wear them proudly in the name of the Hospice. If you’d like to take part, or would like your workplace to take part then please contact Amanda Bowen on 01384 377 778 or email amanda@mshfundraising.co.uk and we’ll make sure we get a collection tin out to you before the day!

As you can tell, there’s loads going on and we just want to say thank you all again for your incredible support at this time of year! Money’s a little tighter, days are a little shorter and yet you wonderful people still find it in your hearts to support us.
